Mr. Michaels is responsible for the strategic, operational and financial direction of the company with a keen insight in building and developing Information Technology services companies. Mr. Michaels has over 20 years of experience in information technology having served as executive and management capacity for number of publicly traded and privately held companies with a direct focus of structuring solutions oriented organizations with brand name recognition and market presence. Through out his career, Mr. Michaels has been responsible for implementing and delivering some of the largest technology-driven initiatives such as the branch automation project for a major insurance company, service parts ordering project for a major auto manufacturer and global delivery system for a food company. In 1996, Mr. Michaels conceptualized and implemented one of the first transactional B2B web-sites providing a seamless integration of order management and financial tracking systems which is still used commercially today. As well as an acute knowledge of business administration, Mr. Michaels has an in-depth understanding of all aspects of I.T. issues and the challenges facing organizations and executives in leading a competitive and resilient company.

The explosive organic growth of Odesus, under the leadership of Mr. Michaels, has gained national and local recognitions in the past few years. Mr. Michaels is an active contributor and participant of several charity organizations and serves on the board of directors of three companies.

Christian has over 9 years experience in placement of IT professionals and solutions of various I.T. disciplines including custom applications development, infrastructure, off shore solutions and strategic planning. He has been very successful in the identification and delivery of key technology professionals and executives to a broad range of corporations across the United States in entertainment, financial, manufacturing, healthcare among others.

Christian has consistently delivered top quality candidates who have had a significant impact on their company's performance. He possesses extensive operational and technology experience having worked with several fortune 100 companies combining both domestic and international management expertise. Prior to Odesus, he held positions in account management and business development with RemX IT, Keane and Metro.

Sol Sage is the Client Partner responsible for bringing together innovative technology solutions to meet every day business needs for our clients, providing a global delivery model, working with business partners in creating strategic alliances, and managing the PMO department within the Enterprise Data Management and BI/BW practice. She has also worked with and has in-depth knowledge regarding Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Conversion/Data Migration projects. Prior to joining Odesus, Sol was apart of the senior management team and a consultant for several Fortune 100 companies. Throughout her 12 years of professional experience managing projects from conception to delivery, she has managed several cross-functional business units to bridge the gap between business and IT. Her core competencies include analyzing, formulating, and implementing technology solutions aligned with successful short and long term strategic corporate initiatives. She brings to the team a deep passion for business integrity and client satisfaction.

Sol Sage received her BS in Chemistry at Berkeley and her MBA from Pepperdine University. She has written several white papers and has been a key note speaker for several conferences.
