Administrative Assistant

Job Location – Los Angeles, CA

Type – 2 Week Contract (Non-Exempt)

Rate – $21.00 – $27.00 per hour

This position will be cleaning out the filling cabinets at the building. Must be familiar with the corporate environment in regards to behavior, language, and electronic communications.

  • Should be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Will work on site Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility if needed.

We are looking for an individual to assist the Procurement and Real Estate departments with archiving paper files that includes contracts that need to go to record retention for storage.

The tasks include:

  • Remove the contracts from the hanging pendaflex folders
  • Make sure suppliers are in alphabetical order
  • Record date ranges of contract years
  • Set up storage boxes
  • Type up records carton inventory forms for each box listing every supplier in that particular box
  • Coordinate with record retention department to provide barcode labels and shipment to our 3rd-party off-site storage supplier.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 1+ years administrative experience
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook
