Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Coordinator to join our finance team. As a Finance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and contributing to the overall financial health of company.
Responsibilities:
Financial Transactions: Assist in processing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reimbursements, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring the integrity and completeness of financial data.
Reporting: Generate and prepare financial reports, summaries, and analysis as required by the finance team, providing insights into financial performance.
Budget Support: Collaborate with finance managers to provide support in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial plans.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve finance-related inquiries and discrepancies.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements in all financial transactions and processes.
Financial Support: Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks, providing support to the finance team as needed.
