Seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of our SDK products to partners and customers. This remote contractor role is pivotal in ensuring our technology reaches third-party partners on time and according to specifications. You’ll operate at the intersection of engineering, product teams, and external partnerships, driving agile sprints and coordinating cross-functional efforts across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate one-week sprint cycles, including kickoff meetings, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Management to translate roadmap priorities into actionable sprint plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between engineering and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage SDK release schedules and communicate timelines clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor delivery risks and proactively remove blockers to keep sprints on target.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of sprint outcomes, team velocity, and key delivery metrics.
- Coordinate project activities with teams across North America and Europe, ensuring seamless remote collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management within software development environments.
- Proven track record running agile/scrum processes, ideally with short, one-week sprint cycles.
- Hands-on familiarity with SDK development lifecycles and third-party integration workflows.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration across time zones.
- Experience utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Linear, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and translating between technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in location services, mobile SDKs, or IoT platforms.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience managing external partner relationships.
