Looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO, leadership team, and company-wide operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play a critical role in supporting leadership, coordinating company events, and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, communications, and priorities.
Facilitate executive and company-wide meetings and events, driving alignment across stakeholders and supporting effective information flow.
Lead the planning and execution of key organizational initiatives and cultural programs that strengthen employee engagement and leadership visibility.
Manage internal resources, systems, and processes to optimize workplace operations and ensure smooth day-to-day business functioning.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Confluence, and Workday Expenses system
A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems.
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Bonus: experience with event coordination, recruiting support, or internal communications
