Job Description Minimum Qualifications –
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+yearsoftotal customer-facing experience in product management, presales consulting, technical business development, or management consulting at an enterprise software company or SaaS company (preferred)
- 7+yearsofexperience in a field pertaining to mobile development
- Experience operating in an ambitious environment and driving the adoption of new and emerging products
- Consistent track record of working cross-functionally to deliver business impact.
- Excellent people and presentation skills to engage with all levels of customers, colleagues, cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and partners.
- Strong networking and influencing skills; able to drive extended and virtual teams
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to present and cultivate strategic relationships with customers and partners
- Ability to work well with remote management and staff
- Capable of effectively documenting and verbally communicating market requirements to software development technical staff
- Experience developing productive relationships with customers, partners, colleagues, and management
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, presentation, and leadership skills
- Self-motivated, creative, and team-oriented
Job Description Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master’s+ in GIS, computer science, engineering, or other relevant field
2. Experience with GIS, RTLS, autonomy and/or navigation solutions, including both hardware and software.
3. 4+ years of JIRA/Confluence experience
4. 5+years coaching junior level team members
5. 5+years of experience with financial/budget management and complex cost-benefit analysis.
