Overview
The Associate supports the Food, Health & Beauty (FHB) team in managing category initiatives, revenue planning, forecasting, and execution. This role also contributes to white‑space analysis, partner research, and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
Category & Business Support
- Support the team in managing category initiatives, revenue plans, and execution
- Assist with quarterly forecasts, accruals, and annual budgets
- Generate forecast templates, coordinate outreach to partners, collect data, and provide recommendations
- Track product sell‑in, launches, and performance
Operational & Administrative Support
- Create, submit, and track merchandise contracts, NDAs, and import/customs authorization letters
- Maintain internal systems with updated partner contacts and product launch timelines
- Manage sample inventory and fulfill internal sample requests
- Organize shared files and tools (SharePoint, Airtable, Box)
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work with Product Development, Marketing, and Publicity to kick off collaborations and manage projects through launch
- Coordinate with internal teams to update event attendee lists
- Facilitate product features on social media channels
- Prepare presentation materials for internal and external meetings
Category Insights & Strategy
- Assist with white‑space analysis, partner research, and new business brainstorming
- Identify competitive trends and apply key industry learnings
- Develop skills to manage subcategories holistically

- 0–1 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in licensing, consumer products, retail, vendor, or entertainment environments
