Job Location – Los Angeles, CA
Type – Contract (6 Months)
Pay Rate – $60.00 – $70.00 Per Hour (W2 Only)
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing documentation library to understand the scope/nature of project, structure of change, and the required amount of documents that needs to be updated.
- Meet with various subject matter experts (SMEs) to gain insight and background to various projects and document the ultimate goals and objectives of these projects.
- Elicit and gather detailed, comprehensive, and correct business requirements for core users and other pertinent staff.
- Create, design, and document wireframes and design concepts.
- Lead user acceptance testing.
- Provide end-user training and overall implementation support
- Create and maintain various project trackers (e.g., meeting trackers, action item trackers, etc.).
- Perform data analysis, data cleansing, and data transformation processes.
- Create and maintain data dashboards.
- Design and create reports for business continuity and business analytics.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of work experience in Information Technology or Data Analysis.
- 3+ years of work experience gathering business requirements, including: functional, user, and system requirements; creating application wireframes; developing process flow diagrams; writing high-quality technical and user guide documentation; performing heavy research; and other business analysis tasks for software/SDLC implementation projects.
- 1+ year of experience as a project manager over a project with a heavy IT component. Expected first-hand knowledge/experience with various assignment, resource allocation, and monitoring tools.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint is required.
- Demonstrated experience in extracting and translating large data sets and relational databases.
