JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Summary

As part of the marketing team, this position will assist in developing & driving insight-based marketing programs and facilitate strategic planning for key digital accounts (Prime Video, Google Play). This role will work closely with brand, consumer insights, media/digital marketing, strategic planning and commercial teams to develop innovative activations that build engagement and drive incremental revenue.
Core Responsibilities
Responsibility % Time Spent
Account Marketing Responsibilities – 50%
- Manage the day-to-day marketing responsibilities per each assigned account
- Assist with GTM prep, monthly pitch decks & NR recaps decks
- Co-facilitate weekly customer meetings & pitch NR titles
- Oversee marketing & merchandising asset deliverables across all respected accounts
- Manage the VAM deliverables across digital accounts
- Artwork creation
- Metadata & deliverables
Customer Program Design and Execution – 30%
- Partner with the title planning lead to design insight-driven programs consistent with the promotional plans
- Brainstorm customer activation program ideas for TV and Catalog
- Serve as the account expert identifying opportunities to amplify NR features, TV and Catalog on platform
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide actionable insights to key accounts to grow their revenue and profitability on categories through innovative promotion strategies
Customer Program Measurement – 20%
- Achieve account program ROI objectives while balancing value creation vs. cost of complexity
- Support of account growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and preferred partner status
- Conduct robust post-mortems to improve efficiency and effectiveness of future programs
Preferred Education: BA/BS
Other (Please list specific hardware, software, special skills, etc.): Proficient in Microsoft Office & Photoshop
Preferred Years of Experience:
- 3 – 5 years overall customer marketing and/or media experience (specific experience working with transactional entertainment such as EST, iVOD, RVOD, or SVOD is a plus)
- 1+ year working on programs with a digital social component
- Must have digital products background and digital customer experience
- Proven experience in working collaboratively with Sales teams and external customers
- Full lifecycle promotional marketing experience is a plus
